Job Title: Warehouse \& Logistics Operations Executive

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive **Warehouse \& Logistics Operations Executive** to oversee our daily warehouse activities. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain—managing everything from inventory tracking and billing to vendor communication and payment follow\-ups. If you are a multitasker who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Inventory \& Stock Management:** Track and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods; conduct regular stock audits to ensure zero discrepancies.
• **Billing \& Documentation:** Handle day\-to\-day invoicing/billing and issue necessary transit documents, including **Waybills / e\-Way Bills**.
• **Inbound \& Outbound Logistics:** Supervise the physical receipt of incoming materials and coordinate timely, accurate dispatch of outgoing orders.
• **Transporter Coordination:** Act as the primary point of contact for transport agencies, negotiate basic terms, and ensure timely vehicle placement.
• **Receivables Follow\-up:** Coordinate with clients/sales teams to track outstanding payments and follow up on accounts receivable.
• **Data Maintenance:** Maintain a comprehensive, daily log of total goods movement to ensure complete visibility of warehouse traffic.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** Proven experience as a warehouse operator, logistics executive, or inventory clerk.
• **Tech Savvy:** Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or Zoho) and proficiency in MS Excel.
• **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate with transporters and follow up on receivables.
• **Compliance Knowledge:** Solid understanding of logistics documentation, tax invoicing, and **Waybill generation**.
• **Traits:** High level of integrity, strong problem\-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
