Web Designer/Developer

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer / Developer to design, develop, and maintain websites that offer an excellent user experience. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, front\-end and back\-end development, and modern web technologies.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Website Design \& Development: Design visually appealing and user\-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.

· Responsive Design: Ensure websites are optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.

· UI/UX Optimization: Improve website navigation, layout, and overall user experience.

· Coding \& Troubleshooting: Develop and maintain website code, troubleshoot bugs, and enhance site performance.

· Collaboration: Work with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align website design with business goals.

· CMS Management: Manage and customize CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or others as required.

· Security \& Maintenance: Ensure website security, update plugins, and perform regular maintenance.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Fresher / up to 1 year of experience in web design and development.

• *Technical Skills**

· WordPress and Wix (mandatory)

· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

· Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus

· Backend development experience with PHP, Node.js, or Python is an advantage

· Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

· Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix

· Understanding of version control systems like Git
