Web Designer

We are looking for a passionate and creative **UI/UX Designer** to join our team full\-time. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands\-on experience and contribute to designing user\-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our website.

• *Experience:** Freshers or final\-year completed students with a strong design portfolio are welcome.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (**Photoshop, Figma**) or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of **HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript** , with the ability to hand\-code clean and efficient markup.
• Experience with **responsive design** techniques and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
• Create **wireframes, mockups, and prototypes** to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct **usability testing** and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs as needed.
• Develop responsive and mobile\-friendly designs that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

• *Qualifications:**

• B.E. / B.Tech. / M.C.A. or it's equivalent degree.
• Ability to **work independently** and **manage multiple projects** simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Soft Skills:**

· Excellent communication skills for cross\-team collaboration.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• *· Location:** Candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to Bhopal. MP.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
