About the Role

GAOTek Inc. is seeking a skilled **Web Developer** to develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress and WooCommerce websites while ensuring excellent website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
• Customize WordPress themes, Elementor, and plugins.
• Build and maintain custom WordPress plugins.
• Implement SEO best practices.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize website performance.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on web development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum **2 years of web development experience**.
• Strong experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, and plugin development.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Own laptop/PC with reliable internet.
• Comfortable working in the EDT/EST time zone.

Compensation

Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, interview performance, and country of residence.
