About Ghoman Group

• *Ghoman Group** is looking for a skilled and experienced Web Designer / Web Developer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position for professionals who can create high\-quality websites, deliver exceptional user experiences, and collaborate effectively while working during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, professional, and responsive websites.
• Develop and maintain websites using current web technologies and best practices.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or other design files into functional websites.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients during US working hours.
• Maintain website security, updates, and performance.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 2–5\+ years of experience in web design and web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, or similar CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and modern front\-end frameworks.
• Experience with PHP, Shopify, React, Laravel, or related technologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
