We are looking for a talented and detail\-oriented Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing responsive websites and web applications.
You will work closely with design, marketing, and product development teams to translate wireframes and user stories into clean, functional code. The ideal candidate balances technical problem\-solving with a keen eye for user experience, ensuring that our digital platforms remain high\-performing, accessible, and aligned with our strategic brand objectives.
- **Frontend \& Backend Development:** Write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code using modern web development languages and frameworks.
- **Responsive Architecture:** Build and optimize responsive, mobile\-first web pages that deliver a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.
- **Cross\-Department Collaboration:** Work directly with marketing and design teams to implement new landing pages, campaign assets, and daily operational updates.
- **Performance \& Optimization:** Routinely test, debug, and optimize website performance, page load speeds, and SEO fundamentals.
- **System Integration:** Integrate and maintain third\-party APIs, Content Management Systems (CMS), and marketing automation tools.
- **Site Security \& Governance:** Enforce website security best practices, perform regular backups, and ensure data integrity across digital touchpoints.
- *Required Qualifications \& Skills**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of professional web development experience.
- **Core Web Stack:** Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6\+), and modern libraries or frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
- **Backend \& CMS:** Strong experience working with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP) and managing CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS setups).
- **Design to Code:** Demonstrated ability to translate design files (from Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) into pixel\-perfect, interactive web elements.
- **Version Control:** Solid understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- **Problem Solving:** Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting cross\-browser compatibility issues and site bugs.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹45,525\.96 per month
