- *1\. Web Developer Intern Role Overview**
Learn and assist in **web application development, automation, and technical documentation** for real\-world EdTech projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in website and web application development using **WordPress, HTML, PHP, and front\-end tools**.
- Assist in **UI/UX implementation and modifications using Figma and Elementor**.
- Learn and support workflow automation using **n8n** and **Microsoft Power Automate**.
- Create and maintain **technical documentation, code documentation, SOPs, and reports**.
- Assist in testing, optimization, and implementation of digital systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
- *2\. Project Coordinator – Operations Intern Role Overview**
Manage **student coordination, virtual meetings, hiring support, educational content, and operational workflows**.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate **students, schedules, virtual meetings, and team communication**.
- Assist in hiring **teaching and non\-teaching staff**.
- Create **educational PPTs, slides, reports, class notes, and learning content**.
- Manage calls, meeting follow\-ups, and internal coordination.
- Audit meetings and workflows and prepare structured reports.
- Mentor students during free time and support academic coordination.
- Maintain documentation, MOMs *(Minutes of Meetings)*, and operational records.
- *Common Mandatory Skills** ***(For Both Roles)***
Candidates **must be proficient in using AI tools and prompts to automate workflows and improve productivity.**
- Strong understanding of **AI prompting and AI productivity tools** *(ability to automate repetitive work efficiently)*
- **Microsoft Office 365** *(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)*
- **PowerPoint creation, documentation, and reporting**
- **PDF editing \& LaTeX formatting**
- Basic knowledge of **WordPress, HTML, PHP, Figma, Elementor, n8n, and Power Automate** *(preferred)*
- **CS / IT Graduate or Final\-Year Student Preferred**
- Must be **based in Bhubaneswar** and able to visit the office when required
- Must be available during **evening hours after college/work**
