Swaparichay Studios Private Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced **Senior Web Developer** to design, develop, maintain, and optimize high\-quality websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem\-solving abilities, and experience delivering scalable, responsive, and user\-friendly web solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, implement effective solutions, maintain code quality, and ensure timely project delivery.

2\. Key Responsibilities

• **Website Development:** Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant technologies.
• **Front\-End Development:** Build interactive, user\-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• **Back\-End Development:** Work with server\-side technologies, databases, and APIs to develop and maintain web application functionality.
• **Responsive Design:** Ensure cross\-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and consistent user experience.
• **Performance Optimization:** Improve website speed, scalability, security, and overall performance.
• **API Integration:** Develop and integrate REST APIs and third\-party services as required.
• **Code Quality:** Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well\-documented code while following industry best practices.
• **Testing and Debugging:** Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• **Version Control:** Use Git and collaborative development workflows to manage source code.
• **Team Collaboration:** Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects according to requirements and deadlines.
• **Code Reviews:** Review code, suggest improvements, and maintain development standards.
• **Technical Leadership:** Guide junior developers, share technical knowledge, and support the team in resolving complex development challenges.
• **Documentation:** Maintain technical documentation, project records, and development guidelines.

3\. Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Hands\-on experience with at least one modern front\-end framework, such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Working knowledge of back\-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or other relevant frameworks.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, third\-party integrations, and authentication mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of website security, performance optimization, and SEO\-friendly development practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams.

4\. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining production\-level websites and web applications.
