We are looking for a skilled **Web Developer (PHP / React / AI)** with **3–4 years of experience** to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining web applications, integrating AI\-powered features, building APIs, and optimizing application performance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **PHP, React.js, JavaScript, MySQL, AI integrations, and modern web development practices**, along with excellent problem\-solving and communication skills.
o Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, React.js, JavaScript, and MySQL.
o Build and integrate REST APIs and third\-party services.
o Develop AI\-powered features such as chatbots, automation workflows, and intelligent recommendations.
o Manage application state using Redux / Redux Toolkit.
o Optimize application performance, database queries, and API responses.
o Troubleshoot and resolve frontend, backend, and integration issues.
o Collaborate with designers and developers on new features and enhancements.
o Manage source code using Git, GitHub, and version control best practices.
o Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.
o Document technical implementations and development processes.
o Strong knowledge of PHP, React.js, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, and CSS.
o Experience with REST APIs and third\-party integrations.
o Hands\-on experience with AI integrations and automation tools.
o Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and version control workflows.
o Familiarity with deployment processes and Windows and Linux environments.
o Understanding of web security and performance optimization.
o Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills.
o Good communication and teamwork abilities.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
