• *Mandatory Skills**

• Lead end\-to\-end web application development using React JS
• Design scalable, performant, and reusable frontend architecture
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, QA, and Design teams for feature delivery
• Drive code quality, reviews, best practices, and development standards
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and browser compatibility
• Handle sprint planning, task estimation, and team coordination
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Work on OTT platform features such as content discovery, playback flows, subscriptions, watchlists, recommendations, and analytics integration

• *Preferred Skills**

• Strong experience in React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Good understanding of Redux, Hooks, API integration, and state management
• Experience with responsive and cross\-browser web development
• Knowledge of OTT/domain workflows and video streaming platforms
• Understanding of video players, DRM, adaptive streaming (HLS/DASH), and media integrations
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Good leadership and communication skills
