As a digital design and development studio, Pavero specializes in building high\-quality, scalable Webflow websites, turning clear ideas into fast, reliable, and well\-crafted digital experiences.
We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer with a strong understanding of website development workflows.
Proficiency in Webflow – including responsive, animations, interactions, CMS setup, Style Guide and Variable Setups and many More.
Experience with Figma.
Strong understanding of website development best practices, performance optimization, and cross\-browser compatibility.
Ability to collaborate with designers, content teams, and developers to deliver high\-quality web experiences.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO Plus Point.
Manage and maintain Webflow projects, including staging and publishing workflows.
Experience in GSAP is a Plus Point.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
Development experience with programming languages.
Experience 2\-5 Years in relevant fields.
Experience with third\-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.).
