Job Description

  • *Job Description :**
  • Own the overall performance, maintenance, optimization, security, and uptime of the company website to ensure 99\.9% availability, excellent user experience, and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Drive website lead generation and conversion optimization through data\-driven CRO strategies, continuous improvements, and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Create, manage, and optimize campaign\-specific landing pages in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams to maximize lead conversions.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing pages, forms, CTAs, user journeys, and overall website conversion rates.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly website performance reports, highlighting KPIs, conversion trends, technical issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including Core Web Vitals optimization, page speed improvements, schema markup, mobile responsiveness, and resolving crawl and indexing issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the SEO, Digital Marketing, Content, Design, Development, and Sales teams to continuously improve website performance and user experience.
  • Ensure all website content is accurate, up to date, SEO\-friendly, mobile\-responsive, and aligned with the company's branding and business objectives.
  • Monitor user behavior, identify conversion bottlenecks, reduce bounce rates, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Track and improve website enquiry growth, organic traffic, landing page performance, conversion rates, and other key digital performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest CRO, UX/UI, SEO, AI, analytics tools, and web technologies, implementing industry best practices to maintain a competitive digital presence.
