Website Design & Development Executive

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Website Design \& Development Executive to support the design, development, and maintenance of our digital platforms. The role involves creating SEO\-friendly, responsive, and high\-performing WordPress websites, primarily for **Pharmazon Homecare**, **Pharmazon Global**, and **GoWello**. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure all web assets align with brand standards, business objectives, and user experience best practices.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Ø Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress\-based websites

Ø Design and deploy landing pages to support marketing and lead generation initiatives

Ø Customize WordPress themes and implement essential plugins for SEO, performance, and security

Ø Ensure all websites are optimized for mobile responsiveness and usability

Ø Perform routine website updates, content changes, and basic technical troubleshooting

Ø Coordinate with marketing and content teams to implement website requirements and updates

Ø Maintain SEO\-friendly website structures and adhere to digital best practices

• *Requirements:**

Ø **Minimum 2\+ years of experience** in website design and development

Ø Practical experience with **WordPress CMS** and landing page development

Ø Basic working knowledge of **HTML and CSS**

Ø Experience using page builders such as **Elementor** or **WPBakery**

Ø Understanding of responsive design principles and web usability standards

• *Preferred Skills:**

Ø SEO\-friendly structure, lead forms, speed optimisation, hosting/domain basics

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
