- *Key Responsibilities** **Website Development**
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user\-friendly websites and landing pages.
- Build websites using platforms such as **WordPress, Webflow, Shopify**, or custom development frameworks.
- Ensure websites are optimized for **speed, security, SEO, and mobile responsiveness**.
- Integrate third\-party tools, including **CRM systems, forms, analytics, chatbots, and payment gateways**.
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform regular updates and maintenance.
- Implement conversion\-focused UI/UX improvements to enhance user engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms**.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on **ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics**.
- Set up and manage **Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking**.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **website development** and **performance marketing**.
- Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, and experience with CMS platforms like **WordPress/Webflow**.
- Hands\-on experience with **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel implementation**.
- Understanding of **SEO best practices** and **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data\-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Certifications in **Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint** are a plus.
- Experience working with **real estate, healthcare, hospitality, or e\-commerce brands** is advantageous.
