Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize the hospital's website and web\-based applications. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring website functionality, security, performance, and user experience while supporting digital initiatives and online patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the hospital website and web applications.
• Update website content, banners, forms, doctor profiles, services, and announcements regularly.
• Develop responsive and mobile\-friendly web pages.
• Ensure website security, data protection, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
• Integrate third\-party applications, payment gateways, appointment booking systems, and APIs as required.
• Troubleshoot website issues and resolve bugs promptly.
• Monitor website analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with marketing, HR, and clinical departments for content updates and digital campaigns.
• Maintain website backups and disaster recovery protocols.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
• Certification in Web Development, Full Stack Development, or related technologies will be an added advantage.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

• Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript**.
• Experience with **PHP, Python, ASP.NET, or Node.js**.
• Knowledge of **React.js, Angular, or Vue.js**.
• Experience with **MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB** databases.
• Familiarity with **WordPress** or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of **REST APIs** and third\-party integrations.
• Knowledge of website hosting, domain management, SSL certificates, and web security practices.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem\-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in healthcare, hospital, or healthcare technology websites will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) integration is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
