WhatsApp Marketing Expert

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result\-oriented WhatsApp \& Email Marketing Executive to manage customer communication, create engaging campaigns, generate leads, and improve customer engagement through WhatsApp and email channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
• Write compelling messages, newsletters, promotional emails, and follow\-up sequences.
• Manage customer databases and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
• Send bulk WhatsApp campaigns and automated email workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance, open rates, click\-through rates, and conversions.
• Maintain email list hygiene and ensure data accuracy.
• Design simple creatives, templates, and campaign layouts.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Ensure compliance with communication and data privacy guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in WhatsApp, email, or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms and WhatsApp Business tools.
• Understanding of customer journeys, lead nurturing, and marketing funnels.
• Good written communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer database management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, or other email automation platforms.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API and automation tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
• Understanding of analytics and campaign reporting.
