Windows Desktop Developer

Position Summary

Develop and maintain Windows desktop applications using React Native for Windows, integrate

Laravel REST APIs, work with Node.js services, hardware peripherals, and enterprise POS

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Windows desktop applications using React Native for Windows.
• Build new features and enhance existing POS functionality.
• Integrate Laravel REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain Node.js Print Server and Fingerprint Server components.
• Integrate Thermal Printers, Barcode Scanners, Fingerprint Scanners and QR Scanners.
• Implement real\-time communication using Pusher.
• Work with Transaction Junction and Glocel VAS integrations.
• Package Windows applications using Inno Setup.
• Collaborate with Backend, QA, Product and DevOps teams.
• Maintain source code using GitHub.
• Troubleshoot production and customer issues.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 2–3 years of Windows Desktop Application Development experience.
• JavaScript (ES6\+).
• React Native for Windows.
• Node.js.
• REST API Integration.
• Git \& GitHub.
• Hardware Integration.
• Thermal Printer, Barcode Scanner, Fingerprint Scanner \& QR Scanner integration.
• Pusher or similar real\-time technologies.
• Inno Setup.
• Basic MySQL knowledge.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Good\-to\-Have Skills

• PHP \& Laravel API knowledge.
• Transaction Junction.
• Glocel VAS.
• POS/Retail/Hospitality application experience.
• AWS DevOps exposure.
• Windows Services.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related

field. POS experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong Windows desktop

application and hardware integration experience are encouraged to apply.
