Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled **WordPress and Front\-End Developer** who bridges the gap between technical engineering and user\-centric design.

Key Responsibilities

**WordPress Development:** Develop, launch, and manage custom WordPress themes, page layouts, and sites from scratch or using popular builders (e.g., Elementor).
**Front\-End Engineering:** Write clean, semantic, and SEO\-friendly HTML5 and CSS3/SASS code to build responsive web architectures.
**UI/UX Implementation:** Translate Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud wireframes and mockups into pixel\-perfect, functioning digital experiences.
**Site Optimization:** Improve website speed, core web vitals, mobile responsiveness, and overall accessibility compliance.
**Maintenance \& Security:** Troubleshoot bugs, manage plugin ecosystems, handle updates, and maintain cross\-browser compatibility.
**User Journey Mapping:** Optimize call\-to\-action (CTA) paths, forms, and navigation menus to maximize user conversion and engagement.
