This internship is ideal for students, freshers, or aspiring web developers who want hands\-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. You will work closely with senior developers and designers on live projects while learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize WordPress websites using themes and plugins.
Assist in creating responsive and mobile\-friendly web pages.
Install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins.
Work with page builders such as Elementor or Gutenberg.
Update website content, images, and layouts.
Troubleshoot website issues and fix minor bugs.
Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO basics.
Support website maintenance, backups, and security updates.
Collaborate with the design and development team on ongoing projects.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins.
Knowledge of Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar page builders.
Basic understanding of responsive web design.
Good problem\-solving and debugging skills.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
Familiarity with WooCommerce.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Knowledge of Git/version control tools.
Experience with Figma\-to\-WordPress implementation is a plus.
