WordPress Developer & Web Designer - URGENTLY NEEDED

You'll be responsible for the development, customization, maintenance, and optimization of WordPress websites, working closely with our marketing team to deliver responsive, SEO\-friendly solutions that drive results.

We're seeking someone creative, detail\-oriented, and self\-motivated, a problem\-solver who stays current with the latest industry trends, tools, and coding standards.

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Build custom WordPress websites for domestic and international clients
• Develop premium WordPress themes and Bootstrap\-based templates
• Customize existing websites to add new features and functionality
• Build responsive, user\-friendly, mobile\-optimized web pages
• Customize themes and plugins to meet specific business requirements
• Create and manage landing pages for marketing campaigns
• Conduct testing and quality assurance across websites
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into pixel\-perfect websites
• Integrate third\-party tools, APIs, forms, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
• Optimize websites for SEO best practices and Core Web Vitals
• Manage website backups, updates, and version control
• Ensure ongoing website speed, performance, and security optimization
• Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance user experience and support campaign initiatives

• *Required Skills \& Experience:**

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
• Hands\-on expertise with WordPress CMS, including building and customizing themes and plugins
• At least 5 years of professional experience in WordPress development
• Comfortable working with Elementor or other popular page builders
• Skilled in responsive design principles and ensuring cross\-browser consistency
• Working knowledge of technical SEO and techniques to improve site performance
• Exposure to website hosting setup, domain configuration, SSL certificates, and site migrations
• A plus: familiarity with Git or similar version control tools
• A plus: prior experience building or managing WooCommerce stores
• Comfortable using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for basic SEO and tracking implementation
