Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented WordPress / Showit Designer to create visually appealing, user\-friendly, and conversion\-focused websites for our clients. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, experience with Showit and WordPress platforms, and a solid understanding of responsive web design, branding, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build custom websites using **Showit** and **WordPress**.
- Create website layouts, landing pages, and sales pages aligned with client branding.
- Customize themes, templates, and page designs to meet project requirements.
- Ensure websites are mobile\-responsive and optimized across devices and browsers.
- Implement SEO best practices, including page structure, metadata, and image optimization.
- Integrate third\-party tools such as email marketing platforms, booking systems, CRMs, and e\-commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, copywriters, developers, and marketing teams.
- Perform website updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality assurance testing.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing websites in **Showit** and/or **WordPress**.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating website design projects.
- Proficiency with design tools such as **Figma**, **Adobe Creative Suite**, or similar.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and UX/UI best practices.
- Familiarity with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with website migrations, domain setup, and hosting environments.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Familiarity with e\-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce.
- Experience integrating marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
