Reverse Tree Productions is looking for a skilled and creative Web Designer with expertise in WordPress, SEO, digital marketing, and AI\-powered website development.

We are looking for someone who can independently understand client requirements, plan and design professional websites, and optimise them for search engines, user experience, and business growth.

• *Scope of Work and Responsibilities**

• *1\. Website Design and Development**

• Design modern, professional, responsive, and user\-friendly websites.
• Develop business websites, landing pages, portfolio websites, and e\-commerce websites using WordPress.
• Work with Elementor and other relevant website\-building tools.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, smooth navigation, and an excellent user experience.
• Make basic code\-level changes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript whenever required.
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure smooth functionality.

• *2\. SEO and AI Search Optimisation**

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Implement on\-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking, meta tags, and schema markup.
• Optimise website structure and content for search engine visibility.
• Understand AI search optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Improve website content discoverability across search engines and AI\-powered search platforms.
• Work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.

• *3\. AI Integration and Digital Marketing**

• Integrate relevant AI tools and features into WordPress websites.
• Explore AI chatbots, automated forms, lead\-generation tools, and third\-party integrations.
• Use AI tools to improve website design, content planning, SEO research, and workflow efficiency.
• Develop conversion\-focused landing pages for digital marketing campaigns.
• Implement WhatsApp integrations, contact forms, analytics, and tracking tools.
• Understand how website design and SEO contribute to lead generation and business growth.

• *4\. Client Management and Project Execution**

• Understand client briefs and independently translate requirements into website plans.
• Communicate with clients to understand their objectives and expectations.
• Manage projects from initial briefing to design, development, testing, and final delivery.
• Coordinate client feedback and implement revisions and requested changes.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain professional client communication.
• Identify problems proactively and suggest suitable solutions.

• *5\. Website Maintenance and Performance**

• Optimise website speed and performance.
• Ensure website security, plugin compatibility, and regular maintenance.
• Handle basic hosting, domain, DNS, and website migration tasks.
• Perform website testing, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all pages, forms, links, and integrations function correctly.

• *Required Skills**

• Practical experience in WordPress website design and development.
• Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of AI tools, AI search optimisation, and GEO fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience with Elementor or similar page builders.
• Understanding of responsive design, UI/UX, website speed, and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to independently handle client briefs and manage projects.
• Good communication, problem\-solving, and time\-management skills.

Knowledge of WooCommerce, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, schema markup, AI APIs, chatbots, and marketing automation will be an added advantage.

• *Work Arrangement**

This is a hybrid opportunity, with the flexibility to work from home and attend the office as required.

Salary will be discussed based on experience, technical expertise, and portfolio.
