• *JOB OVERVIEW**

For 14 years, CandidShutters has been telling powerful stories through stunning visuals\-photography, films, and all things creative. Now, we’re launching new verticals under the CandidShutters banner, functioning with the speed and energy of a startup.

We’re looking for a **Web Developer (full time role, Sector 86, Gurgaon)** who will be a core member of our small, close\-knit team, working directly with the founders. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a creative, fast\-paced environment. You'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web platforms while implementing automation and integrations that make our digital presence seamless and powerful.

• *WHAT YOU’LL DO**

• **Website Development \& Maintenance:** Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress and WooCommerce websites. Manage hosting environments, domain settings, and backups. Ensure sites are mobile\-friendly, fast, and SEO\-compliant.
• **Integrations:** Implement APIs integrations to connect websites with third\-party tools.
• **Optimization:** Optimize site performance, security, and scalability.
• **SEO Implementation:** Implement on\-page and technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and keyword structuring.
• **Design \& Communication:** Use a good sense of design to create wireframes. Write clear documentation and communicate effectively with the team.

• *QUALIFICATIONS**

• **Experience:** 2–5 years of hands\-on experience in web development, or a strong fresher with demonstrable projects.
• **Technical Skills:** Strong expertise in **WordPress**, **WooCommerce**, **PHP**, **HTML**, **CSS**, and **JavaScript**. Experience with **ERPNext** or similar ERP platforms.
• **Integration \& Automation:** Ability to integrate APIs for automation and data sync.
• **SEO:** Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices (on\-page, technical). Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics is a plus.
• **General:** Good verbal and written English communication skills. A comprehensive understanding of website architecture and data flow. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems.

• *REQUIRED SKILLS**

• WordPress and WooCommerce development (including Elementor)
• PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery
• Familiarity with ERPNext would be an added advantage
• API integration
• Web hosting management (cPanel, DNS, SSL, backups)
• On\-page and technical SEO best practices
• Strong communication and problem\-solving mindset
• Teamwork and adaptability in a startup environment
