We are looking for a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning professional with strong experience in Workday Production Support, reporting, analytics, security configurations, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in troubleshooting data issues, implementing system changes, and supporting business users to ensure smooth Workday operations.
\* Provide end\-to\-end Workday Production Support and resolve system\-related issues efficiently.
\* Research, analyze, and troubleshoot unexpected system results, process flaws, and data discrepancies.
\* Recommend solutions and alternative approaches to meet business objectives.
\* Handle Workday data corrections and troubleshoot integration/data\-related issues.
\* Develop and maintain Workday Reports, Dashboards, and Analytics solutions.
\* Manage Workday Security configurations, role assignments, and access\-related changes.
\* Gather business requirements and prepare technical specifications/documentation.
\* Develop test scenarios, conduct UAT/acceptance testing, and support implementation activities.
\* Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
\* Ensure system changes are documented and aligned with compliance standards.
\* Strong experience in Workday Adaptive Planning / Workday HCM Support.
\* Expertise in Workday Production Support and issue management.
\* Experience with Workday Reporting \& Analytics.
\* Hands\-on knowledge of Workday Security configuration and administration.
\* Good understanding of Data Corrections and troubleshooting.
\* Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and implementation support.
\* Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
\* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\* Exposure to Workday Integrations.
\* Knowledge of HR, Finance, or Payroll modules.
\* Experience working in Agile environments.
\* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
\* Workday Certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹2,500,000\.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru Urban District)
