Workday Developer

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and other integration tools.
• Develop and deploy additional functionality using Workday Extend.
• Build and support integrations involving third\-party payroll systems, PECI/PICOF, connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio, and external applications.
• Configure Workday business processes, custom reports, EIB inbound integrations, security, alerts, and notifications.
• Design and develop new integrations and reporting solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend Workday best practices.
• Prepare application documentation, technical specifications, user guides, and procedures.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and prioritize fixes based on severity and business impact.
• Take ownership of quality, ongoing support, and operational responsibilities for Workday projects.

• *Required Qualifications and Skills**

• 5\+ years of experience in HR Technology.
• 3\+ years of hands\-on experience building and supporting Workday integrations.
• Strong experience with:
• Workday Studio
• Core Connectors and Packaged Connectors
• PECI/PICOF and WECI
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Custom Reports and BIRT
• Document transformation
• 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in Workday HCM functional configuration.
• Experience with security configuration, business processes, EIB inbound integrations, alerts, notifications, and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and Import API patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend effective Workday solutions.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with Workday Extend and Orchestration.
• Experience with payroll integrations.
• Exposure to DCOD AI and AI agents, if relevant to the project requirement.
• Strong problem\-solving skills and an interest in Workday technology and automation.

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
