Contract: 6 Months

• *Position Summary**

This role requires a strong hands\-on practitioner who can independently own and deliver end\-to\-end integration solutions.

• *Required Experience**

• 5–6\+ years of hands\-on Workday Integration experience

• Proven track record of delivering end\-to\-end Workday integration projects

• *Mandatory Skills**

• Workday Studio

• EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

• Core Connectors (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.)

• Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)

• XML, XSLT, and JSON

• Good understanding of Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll modules

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration designs

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar integration technologies

• *Education**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• *Responsibilities**

• Own and drive Workday integration design, build, and deployment

• Develop and maintain integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors

• Collaborate with onsite teams, business stakeholders, and third\-party vendors

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively

• Ensure high\-quality delivery with minimal supervision

• Ability to take full ownership of deliverables

• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills

• Comfortable working in a global delivery model (onsite\-offshore coordination)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
