• *Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Workday Reports \& Integrations Analyst** to support, enhance, and optimize the enterprise Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Workday Reporting, Integrations, and Application Support**, with hands\-on experience in developing scalable reports, dashboards, and end\-to\-end integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Support and maintain the enterprise Workday ERP platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Develop, test, and deploy new Workday enhancements and modules.
• Manage change control processes and production migrations.
• Support Workday upgrades, security, user access management, and system maintenance.
• Monitor and resolve production issues through the ServiceNow queue.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and support Workday integrations.
• Participate in on\-call support rotations and production support activities.

• *Required Skills**

• 5\+ years of hands\-on experience with Workday.
• 2\+ years of experience creating **Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports**.
• Strong expertise in **Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors**.
• Experience with **SOAP and REST Web Services**.
• Strong knowledge of **XML, XSLT, and Workday Report Writer**.
• Hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end Workday integration development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience building complex Workday reports and executive dashboards.
• Exposure to **ServiceNow** for incident and change management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, client\-facing environment.

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
