Within this team, you will support clients through complex Workday implementations and enhancements by bringing together technical design, integration expertise, process understanding, and delivery discipline. As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise\-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross\-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high\-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

The Emerging ERP Solutions offering provides advice, planning, and implementation of Cloud ERP solutions like Workday, MS Dynamics and Infor, featuring built\-in industry\-specific capabilities. The USI team plays a crucial role throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final delivery. Specializing in Financials and Supply Chain transformations, the team also implements Adaptive Planning Solutions across various industries. Their deep expertise in both technology and domain ensures effective, tailored solutions that drive value and operational excellence for clients.
