ADP is recruiting a highly effective Project Manager to direct the complete implementation of Workforce Management, including Time & Attendance, and HCM solutions for enterprise and global clients. This position necessitates strong accountability for delivery, proactive communication, and the skill to navigate complex international deployments with a client-oriented focus. You will own the entire project life cycle, from initial discovery through to launch and stabilization. Managing project schedules, milestones, and outcomes is central, along with sustaining project dashboards, generating status reports, and briefing executives. Defining RACI structures and escalation protocols, as well as proactively recognizing risks, issues, and dependencies to drive resolution plans, are key. Ensuring all deliverables adhere to scope, timeline, and quality criteria is imperative, and the role involves acting in a capacity that is part of the ongoing responsibilities.
