• *About the opportunity**

I have a fully furnished legally registered (MSME\+GST) office premise in Kaloor, Kochi, ready for immediate use, with electricity, water, air conditioning and a high\-speed internet connection in place. I am looking for a working partner (male / female) to set up and run an employment recruitment / staffing consultancy from this office.

The partner will actively manage the day\-to\-day business and share in its profits.

• *What you will do**

• Build and run the recruitment operation end to end: sourcing candidates, client acquisition, screening, placements
• Develop relationships with employers in Kochi and across Kerala / india
• Manage a small team as the business grows
• Handle compliance, documentation and client agreements

• *What I’m looking for**

• \[2–5]\+ years in recruitment, HR, staffing or placement consultancy
• Existing network of clients or candidates is a strong advantage
• Fluent in Malayalam and English a plus
• Entrepreneurial, self\-driven, comfortable with a profit\-share model
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
