• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Manage daily workshop operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and supervise service advisors, technicians and workshop staff.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, repair quality and timely delivery.
• Drive workshop revenue, productivity and profitability.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor manpower utilisation, spare parts availability and operational costs.
• Ensure adherence to OEM standards, safety and service processes.
• Achieve workshop performance targets and improve operational efficiency.
