Zoho Implementation Specialist (Thalassery near by candidates only)

• *Company Overview** We are an authorized Zoho Implementation Partner specializing in tailored ERP, accounting, and operational software solutions for retail, hospitality, and service industries. With operations spanning across the UAE and a regional office in Thalassery, Kerala, we help businesses streamline their operations from point\-of\-sale systems to full\-scale accounting and supply chain management. We are looking for a dedicated Zoho Finance Expert based in or near Thalassery to join our local team.

• *Role Summary** As a Zoho Implementation Specialist, you will be the functional and technical engine behind our client onboarding, focusing strictly on the Zoho Finance suite. You will architect, configure, and customize Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory, ensuring they perfectly align with complex business workflows, multi\-warehouse setups, and retail accounting standards.

• (Please note: This role is strictly focused on Zoho.)*

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **System Implementation:** Lead end\-to\-end deployments of Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory tailored specifically to retail, supermarket, auto repair, and restaurant workflows.
• **Financial \& Inventory Configuration:** Set up charts of accounts, tax regimes, multi\-currency operations, warehouse management, item grouping, and automated reorder points.
• **Workflow Automation:** Configure custom automation rules and workflows within Zoho Books and Inventory to minimize manual data entry for clients.
• **Data Migration \& Integration:** Manage secure data migration of historical financial and inventory data from legacy systems into Zoho.
• **Client Consultation:** Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, map out accounting and inventory processes, and translate them into scalable Zoho architectures.
• **Training \& Support:** Provide hands\-on training to end\-users, create documentation, and troubleshoot post\-implementation technical issues.

• *Required Qualifications**

• **Location:** Must reside in or near Thalassery, Kerala, and be able to commute to our regional office.
• Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant, Developer, or Implementation Specialist with a strict focus on the Zoho Finance suite.
• Deep functional knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
• Solid understanding of standard accounting principles, tax configurations, and inventory management lifecycles.
• Excellent problem\-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• *Nice to Have**

• Official Zoho Finance Certifications.
• Experience integrating Zoho Books/Inventory with third\-party tools, point\-of\-sale (POS) systems, or external APIs.
• Background in basic scripting (Deluge) specifically for automating finance modules.
