Zonal Manager - Sales

A **Regional Manager (RM)** in a Non\-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) oversees business growth, branch operations, portfolio health, and regional talent acquisition across a designated geographic territory.

• *Core Job Responsibilities**

• **Business Development \& Targets:** Drive regional loan disbursals, sales volume, and fee income across retail or commercial products (e.g., gold loans, personal loans, MSME, or vehicle finance).
• **Operations \& Compliance:** Ensure branches adhere to credit appraisal standards, regulatory norms set by the RBI, internal audits, and operational guidelines.
• **Portfolio \& Recovery Management:** Monitor delinquencies, reduce Non\-Performing Assets (NPAs), drive collection strategies, and manage field recovery visits.
• **Team Leadership:** Mentor Cluster Heads and Branch Managers, review daily/monthly work plans, and handle employee attrition.

• *Recruitment \& Manpower Responsibilities (Key Focus Area)**

• **Volume \& Targeted Hiring:** Plan and execute manpower requirements for new and existing branches, ensuring zero\-vacancy gaps for frontline and mid\-level roles (Branch Managers, Sales Executives, Collection Officers).
• **Sourcing \& Channel Management:** Build local talent pipelines through job portals, employee referral schemes, walk\-in drives, local training institutes, and recruitment consultants.
• **Selection \& Onboarding:** Screen candidate profiles, conduct final\-round interviews for key branch positions, and oversee joining formalities in coordination with Corporate HR.
• **Training \& Induction Coordination:** Partner with the HR/Training team to organize new\-joiner inductions, product training, and compliance orientation.
• **Attrition \& Performance Tracking:** Monitor regional joining ratios, offer\-to\-join metrics, and employee retention through regular reviews.

• *Candidate Profile \& Qualifications**

• **Education:** Graduate or Post\-Graduate / MBA depending on the scale of the NBFC.
• **Experience:** Typically 5 to 7\+ years of experience in NBFCs, banking, or financial services, with prior proven track record in branch/area management.
• **Key Skills:** Strong leadership, local market networking, credit risk assessment, target orientation, and communication skills

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹82,000\.00 per month
