About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **Zonal Sales Manager** to drive business growth for our solar inverters, battery energy storage, and renewable energy solutions across the South region. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background, proven leadership experience, and a solid understanding of the solar ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of solar inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions across the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new channel partners, distributors, EPCs, and key customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure and post\-sales coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver business objectives.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to support customer requirements and business expansion.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and ensure timely collections.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical); MBA is an added advantage.
• **12–15 years of overall sales experience.**
• **8–12 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Head of Sales role.**
• **4–5 years of experience in the solar, battery, energy storage, or renewable energy industry.**
• Strong experience in B2B sales, channel management, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India.

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹1,900,000\.00 per year
