• *Job Summary**

Catalyst Education is looking for a strategic and experienced Zonal Sales Manager with mandatory EdTech industry experience to lead zonal sales operations, manage sales leadership teams, expand market presence, and achieve overall business targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\- Lead and manage sales operations across the assigned zone.

\- Supervise ASM, BDM, BDA, and other sales teams.

\- Develop zonal sales strategies and revenue growth plans.

\- Set sales targets and monitor performance across branches and teams.

\- Drive student enrolments, course sales, and institutional partnerships.

\- Review CRM data, sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

\- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales teams.

\- Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.

\- Coordinate with senior management, marketing, and academic departments.

\- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective strategies.

\- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.

• *Requirements**

\- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with mandatory EdTech industry experience.

\- Strong experience managing multiple sales teams, branches, or territories.

\- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth.

\- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and analytical skills.

\- Experience in CRM management, sales forecasting, and performance monitoring.

\- Willingness to travel across assigned territories when required.

\- Malayalam proficiency preferred.

Mandatory: Substantial EdTech industry experience and a proven record of sales leadership are essential. Candidates without EdTech experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹115,000\.00 per month
