We’re looking for a creative and detail\-oriented 3D Animator to join our game development team.

NOTE : THIS ROLE IS NOT BASED ON THE REGULAR SARAY BASIS SYSTEM, INSTEAD THIS ROLE IS BASED ON EQUITY AND PROFIT SHARING BASIS WHERE YOU WILL BE SHARING A PART OF OUR PRODUCT'S SHARES AND ROYALTIES.

Experience \- 0 to 1 year

Requirements

• Strong understanding of animation principles
• Experience with character animation, movement, and gameplay animations
• Proficiency in Blender
• Ability to create smooth, polished, and game\-ready animations
• Understanding of Unity/Unreal animation pipelines is a plus
• Passion for mobile and casual game development

Responsibilities

• Create high\-quality character and object animations
• Work closely with game designers and artists to bring gameplay to life
• Optimize animations for performance and smooth in\-game experience
• Maintain consistency in animation style and quality
