Job Description
- *We’re Hiring: Game Designer**
At **Code\_V**, we’re building engaging hybrid casual mobile games and we’re looking for a **Game Designer** who can help shape strong core loops, progression systems, and monetization strategies.
NOTE : THIS ROLE IS NOT BASED ON THE REGULAR SARAY BASIS SYSTEM, INSTEAD THIS ROLE IS BASED ON EQUITY AND PROFIT SHARING BASIS WHERE YOU WILL BE SHARING A PART OF OUR PRODUCT'S SHARES AND ROYALTIES.
Role: Game Designer
You will work closely with our development team from concept to live ops, helping us craft games that are simple, scalable, and revenue\-driven.
Responsibilities
- Design clear and engaging core gameplay loops
- Create game design documents (GDDs) with structured systems
- Plan progression, rewards, and retention mechanics (D1, D7, etc.)
- Balance in\-game economy and difficulty curves
- Collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts
- Contribute to monetization strategy (ads, IAPs, hybrid models)
Requirements
- Experience designing mobile games (casual / hybrid casual preferred)
- Strong understanding of player psychology and engagement systems
- Knowledge of retention, ARPU, LTV, and monetization metrics
- Ability to turn simple ideas into scalable systems
- Clear documentation and communication skills
