• *Role Overview**

We're looking for a tech\-enthusiast Academic Counsellor, based in Kerala, to guide prospective learners through our AI/tech programs \- understanding their goals, explaining course value, and helping them enroll in the right program. This is a great opportunity for someone who eventually wants to build their own business and is looking to learn the ropes directly from founders and engineers.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Counsel prospective students on Sidillus programs (Agentic AI, Prime AI, Corporate Training) via calls, chats, and video sessions
• Understand each lead's background and career goals to recommend the right\-fit program Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to drive enrollments
• Address questions on curriculum, career outcomes, and program logistics
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve counselling pitch and conversion

• *Requirements**

• Strong interest in technology/AI and genuine curiosity to keep learning
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) \- mandatory
• Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, ed\-tech sales, or inside sales \-mandatory
• Proven ability to handle leads, pitch effectively, and close enrollments/conversions Entrepreneurial mindset \- someone looking to eventually build their own venture and wants to learn the ropes of running a business
• Self\-driven, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced startup environment
• Must be based in or willing to work from home responsibily with ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in any field
