Sr. Video Editor

• **Advanced Editing \& Storytelling:** Assemble complex, multi\-camera raw footage into cohesive, engaging, and high\-tempo narratives (e.g., commercial campaigns, digital ads, social media content, or long\-form features).
• **Creative Post\-Production:** Apply expert\-level pacing, advanced color grading, sound design/audio mastering, and integrate motion graphics or special effects to elevate production value.
• **Leadership \& Mentorship:** Supervise and guide junior/mid\-level editors, providing constructive feedback and ensuring the team maintains visual consistency.
• **Workflow Optimization:** Build and streamline efficient post\-production pipelines, including establishing asset\-management naming conventions, cloud collaboration workflows, and secure backup/archiving protocols.
• **Collaboration:** Partner closely with Directors, Creative Directors, and Producers from pre\-production through final delivery to ensure the creative vision is met.
