Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Academic Manager – Accounts \& Finance to lead academic operations, faculty development, curriculum enhancement, and training delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounting, Finance, GST, Taxation, Tally Prime, and Advanced Excel, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the Accounts \& Finance faculty team across centers.
- Ensure high\-quality delivery of Accounting, GST, Taxation, Tally Prime, and Advanced Excel training programs.
- Develop, review, and update academic content and training materials in line with industry requirements.
- Conduct Train\-the\-Trainer (TTT) sessions and faculty development programs.
- Monitor faculty performance, classroom effectiveness, and student outcomes.
- Design assessments, practical assignments, and projects to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Ensure academic quality standards and compliance across all training centers.
- Support student placement initiatives by aligning curriculum with current industry demands.
- Stay updated on developments in Accounting, Finance, GST, Taxation, and related software tools.
Required Qualifications \& Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, and Tally Prime.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including MIS Reporting, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, and Data Analysis.
- Experience in faculty management, academic operations, or training leadership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop faculty members.
Experience Required
- 5–10 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Training, Academic Management, or Skill Development.
- Prior experience in managing trainers or faculty teams will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and people\-management abilities.
- Passion for education, training, and skill development.
- Industry experience in Accounting and Finance will be an added advantage.
- Ability to drive academic excellence and maintain high training standards.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
