The Academy Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of VIP Academy, ensuring smooth administration, student satisfaction, staff coordination, and the achievement of academic and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day academy operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with teachers, trainers, students, and parents.
• Oversee student admissions, registrations, and records management.
• Monitor attendance, academic progress, and performance reports.
• Plan and implement academy schedules, events, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with academy policies and educational standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent student support.
• Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and training.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support marketing and student recruitment initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in educational administration, office management, or academy management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and academy management software.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
