Key Responsibilities Lead Generation
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective students and working professionals.
- Maintain and update lead databases in CRM systems.
Student Counseling \& Admissions
- Explain course offerings, career opportunities, and training benefits.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable programs.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
Business Development
- Build relationships with colleges, schools, and corporate organizations.
- Generate opportunities for workshops, seminars, and training programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Sales \& Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct follow\-ups to maximize conversions.
- Support promotional campaigns and events.
CRM \& Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Track conversion rates and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Admissions, or Customer Relationship roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
