• *JOB SUMMARY**

• *Vrik Pharma** is looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Accounts Executive** to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial records, and reconciliations. The candidate will be responsible for GST/TDS compliance, accounts payable and receivable, and accurate financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is essential.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

· Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

· Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliation statements.

· Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor/customer account reconciliation.

· Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance and return documentation.

· Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and preparation of statements.

· Monitor outstanding payments, customer collections, and vendor payments.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other relevant parties for accounting requirements.

· Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

· Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and other finance\-related activities.

• *CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

· B.Com \+ M.Com , MBA qualification.

· 3–12 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

· Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in Tally/ERP accounting software and MS Excel.

· Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.

· Good attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
