• *JOB SUMMARY**

• *Vrik Pharma** is looking for dynamic and result\-oriented **Sr. Sales Executives** to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, manage key customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen the company's presence in the chemical industry.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

· Develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

· Manage key customer accounts and build long\-term business relationships.

· Identify new markets, customers, and opportunities for business expansion.

· Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue and market share.

· Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close business deals.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

· Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales forecasts and reports.

· Handle customer concerns and resolve sales\-related issues.

· Support and guide junior sales team members, when required.

• *CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

· 5 \- 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.

· Any Graduate / Post\-Graduate.( Graduation is Mandatory)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills

· Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.

· Good customer handling, lead generation, and follow\-up abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.

· Target\-driven, proactive, and capable of building long\-term customer relationships.

· **Candidates with a background in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry are preferred.**

· Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
