· Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
· Assist with accounts payable (vendor bills, payment entries) and accounts receivable (invoices, receipts)
· Prepare and update expense reports and petty cash records
· Support monthly bank and ledger reconciliations
· Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and receipts
· Assist in GST/Tax filings and compliance under the guidance of seniors
· Help in preparing financial reports and other MIS as required
· Support during audits by providing necessary records and clarifications
· Coordinate with internal departments and vendors/customers for any account\-related queries
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles
· Familiarity with MS Excel, Outlook and accounting software Tally Prime
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to handle confidential data responsibly
· Quick Learning
· B. Com / BBA in Finance or equivalent
· 0–2 years of relevant experience
· Tally Knowledge is mandatory. Candidates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.
