About the Role

GCB Automobile is looking for enthusiastic and detail\-oriented \*\*Account Executives\*\* to join the finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in accounting and finance. The selected candidates will assist in day\-to\-day accounting operations while gaining practical exposure to financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Record day\-to\-day accounting transactions.

Assist in maintaining books of accounts.

Perform bank reconciliations.

Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries.

Maintain purchase and sales records.

Support GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation.

Update financial records and spreadsheets.

Assist senior accountants in monthly closing activities.

Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Coordinate with internal teams for accounting\-related tasks.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

B.Com, BBA, or equivalent (Freshers can apply).

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Knowledge of \*\*Bank Reconciliation\*\* and basic bookkeeping.

Familiarity with \*\*Tally ERP/Tally Prime\*\* and \*\*MS Excel\*\* is preferred.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
