Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll

Location: Tonk Road, Jaipur

Experience: 3–5\+ Years (Automobile Industry Preferred)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

GCB Automobile is looking for an experienced \*\*HR Executive – Payroll\*\* to manage payroll operations, employee records, attendance, statutory compliance, and core HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations, preferably within the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.

Maintain employee master data and HR documentation.

Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable regulations.

Prepare payroll reports, MIS reports, and salary reconciliation statements.

Coordinate with the Finance department for payroll processing and salary transfers.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.

Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and benefits.

Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and confidential documents.

Support day\-to\-day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.

3–5\+ years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations

Prior experience in the automobile industry is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing, Attendance Management, PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labor Law Compliance.

Hands\-on experience with HRMS/Payroll Software and MS Excel

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Candidate

Experience handling payroll for a large workforce.

Strong understanding of statutory compliance and payroll regulations.

Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
