We are looking for a high\-impact **Founding Account Executive** who can own the end\-to\-end sales lifecycle—from discovery to deal closure. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast\-paced environment and can translate complex solutions into clear business value.
You will work directly with leadership to shape our go\-to\-market motion, refine positioning, and build a predictable revenue pipeline.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, and closing
- Engage with decision\-makers to understand business challenges and align solutions
- Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and value\-based conversations
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, pricing, and offerings
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, tech services, or digital solutions preferred)
- Proven track record of closing mid\-to\-high value deals
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions in business terms
- Self\-starter with high ownership and accountability
- Experience working in startup or fast\-paced environments is a strong advantage
