Position : IT Engineer

Location : Ludhiana

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide technical support to employees/users
• Manage servers, backups, and security systems
• Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, and internet connectivity
• Configure user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
• Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus management
• Document IT procedures and maintain technical records
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
