• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a high\-impact **Founding Account Executive** who can own the end\-to\-end sales lifecycle—from discovery to deal closure. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast\-paced environment and can translate complex solutions into clear business value.

You will work directly with leadership to shape our go\-to\-market motion, refine positioning, and build a predictable revenue pipeline.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, and closing
• Engage with decision\-makers to understand business challenges and align solutions
• Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and value\-based conversations
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, pricing, and offerings
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, tech services, or digital solutions preferred)
• Proven track record of closing mid\-to\-high value deals
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions in business terms
• Self\-starter with high ownership and accountability
• Experience working in startup or fast\-paced environments is a strong advantage
